After growing with the community, we see what an epidemic obesity is, and we want to help those who want to better themselves. That’s why in 2016 we have introduced Ideal Protein to our clinic and couldn’t be any more excited about it.



The Ideal Protein Program consists of 4 Phases….

Phase 1- Weight Loss Phase- To be followed until 100% of your weight loss goal is achieved.

  • 3 Ideal Protein packets per day
  • Vegetables
  • Dinner meal of your choice

Phase 2- To be followed for 14 days

  • 2 Ideal Protein packets per day
  • Vegetables
  • Lunch meal of your choice
  • Dinner meal of your choice

Phase 3- 14 day gradual reintroduction of healthy carbs and fats in the morning.

  • 1 Ideal Protein packet per day
  • 1 Ideal Complete
  • Vegetables
  • Lunch meal of your choice
  • Dinner meal of your choice

Phase 4- Maintenance- The Ideal Lifestyle!

  • Structured 12 month stabilization period to help maintain your weight loss success.
  • Time to enjoy the freedom of your new lifestyle!

Principles Behind the Program

The body has three sources of energy from which it draws to meet its metabolic needs: Carbohydrates, Muscle, and Fat.

Chronologically, the body will first draw on its carbohydrate reserve before turning to its muscle and fat.

During the weight loss phases of the weight loss method, we limit carbohydrate intake to encourage the body to turn to its fat and muscle components for energy.

By eating high biological protein foods, the protocol helps to support muscle mass and teaches you  how to develop smarter eating habits and lifestyle choices, to help maintain your weight after weight loss is achieved.

The ideal protein weight loss method is not a high-protein diet…it simply offers a variety of food, quality, protein-based foods that are easily assimilated.

We will be hosting FREE no commitment necessary workshops every month! Attendance to a workshop is required to participate in this program.
